10 Best Resources If You Want To Be Done With Trump

This is my invitation to every American who has felt deeply betrayed by Donald Trump and the Republican Party. If you are angry because his cuts have now impacted your family, please check out these 10 best resources if you want to be done with Trump so you can move forward.

Donald Trump considers himself a Christian and consistently claims that there is a war on Christianity, and the Democrats hate God, so let’s go right to the source about how to live a Christian life: the Bible.

Resource #1: The Bible

I used the New International Version for all the Scripture featured in this post.

False leadership, false prophets, and unfounded teachers are frequently warned about in the Bible. The Scripture consistently calls for recognizing their deception, lack of truthfulness, and lack of accountability for their actions.

Resource #2: Leaving MAGA

If you have doubts about belonging to MAGA, Rich Logis, a former MAGA supporter, created this online community. It is a safe place for peer support, for people to explore their feelings, process their role in supporting Trump, and hopefully reconnect with friends and family.

Online support groups are available, and you can read other people’s stories and share your own if you choose. They also host in-person meetups.

Resource #3: Republican Voters Against Trump (RVAT)

This resource gives former Trump voters a platform to publicly explain why they will never support him again and to build a community of like-minded people.

This YouTube channel provides video clips from YouTube and TikTok of opposing political viewpoints.

Many United States crop farmers, dairy farmers, cattle ranchers, truckers, and Trump supporters are losing their farms and businesses, healthcare, food stamps, Medicaid, SNAP benefits, and disability benefits. They did not do their research before voting for Donald Trump a second time. They are angry and regret voting for Trump a second time.

The Americans who did their research and warned their friends and family about voting for Trump a second time are also angry because they knew the Republicans would take all those supports away and not care who got hurt.

Because of the total lack of accountability for corrupt politicians, nobody in America is safe anymore.

Resource #6: Navigator Research

Navigator Research is a trusted resource, non-profit public opinion and messaging research organization based in Washington, D.C. It focuses on national and local public opinion tracking regarding the most pressing issues.

This organization speaks directly with real people to understand how they think, feel, and talk about major issues. It translates those insights into clear, impactful messaging that helps move the issues Americans care about.

Many people believe Donald Trump began cultivating a devoted following during his first presidential run in 2016.

For human beings, the need to belong is powerful. It is part of our DNA because we depend on each other for social connection and to survive. Most people do not even realize they are joining a cult. They believe they are joining a community.

Research indicates that most cult members come from middle-class backgrounds, are highly intelligent, and do not have a history of emotional or mental illness prior to joining.

This could be the Billboard for Money Is The Root Of All Evil. MAGA, if you want to know how you got conned, look no further than these two billionaires.

Pew Research and other analyses confirm that FOX News has a strong Republican base, with many viewers identifying as conservative or MAGA-aligned. FOX News viewers are likely to be older and white.

Many of Trump’s faithful followers genuinely believed he was a savior whose mission was to Make America Great Again. He created a story and a following by manipulating media networks to spread false information, blatant lies, and fearmongering.

Trump excels at distorting the truth by always calling it “fake news.” He convinced his supporters that the United States’ open border is allowing an invasion of “poisonous” immigrants, and that Democrats are demoncrats, the enemy from within, and that the 2020 Election was stolen.

America and the world have witnessed that Trump supporters do not question what he says or does-no matter how unlawful-and defend him relentlessly.

The strong influence and power Trump has over his supporters is that of a personality cult leader. They idealize him, believe he is heroic and godlike, and he is deliberately presented to Americans as someone they should love and admire.

Watching the current MAGA videos, however, reveals their growing disapproval of his policies.

Anger On Both Sides

I understand why there is anger on both sides for what our country is going through. The Trump supporters say, “I didn’t vote for this.”

The informed voters say, “You were warned over and over about what would happen if Trump got a second term. The only reason you care now is that all his false promises are being felt by your family.”

There is zero trust in Republicans, Corporate Democrats, and the MAGA 6 Supreme Court justices who did not stand up to Donald Trump and should have used their power to hold him accountable and remove him from office. The hopeful news is that our votes can determine our futures.

My personal thought is that living freely has always been why America was great and why people from all over the world wanted to live here.

Enslavement is not a Christian value.

Remember? America is the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.

Now is the time for us all to stand in the truth of who we are, the decisions we make, and how we want to be treated and then treat other people the same way.

Everybody is entitled to their own life. Many of us do not understand the disrespect MAGA has for trans and gay people, the Black community, Mexicans, immigrants, other non-white cultures, women, people with disabilities, and people who worship other than as a Christian.

No one is forced to hang around or spend time with people they don’t want to, so why do they think they have a right to control others’ personal choices? How would they feel if they were not allowed to worship a certain way or not be able to marry the person they loved?

Wouldn’t life in America be a lot happier if we would all just mind our own business, live our lives, and let others live theirs?

I Used To Vote Republican

That might surprise you. The last time I voted Republican was when Ronald Reagan promoted his “trickle-down economics.” Nobody holds on tighter to a trickle than wealthy people do. As my mom always said, “The rich get rich, and the poor get poorer.” And that is why most Americans in 2026 still live paycheck to paycheck .

How much more of a trickle can we get with the Federal Minimum Wage still at $7.25 an hour?

Here are the other reasons I am no longer vote Republican:

My Message To All Trump Supporters

I think that every Trump supporter who has the courage to question their decisions and deconstruct their beliefs deserves a chance to make amends. Right now, though, there isn’t much empathy for people who voted for Trump a second time. Many innocent, vulnerable, and less financially fortunate people are paying the price—some with their lives.

The only thing that might change that situation is if the Trump Regretful use their votes in the midterms to elect Democrats who have a proven record of working on behalf of all Americans. That requires doing research.

I feel that helping even one person leave a political personality cult is meaningful. In some of the videos, the person genuinely shows that they made a mistake in voting for Trump, and some also apologize to their fellow Americans. Their acknowledgment of regret and self-reflection are part of a larger struggle to save our democracy.

We must unite for the greater good of our children, country, and the people of the world.

Resource #8: The Removal Coalition

What part of Trump’s speech to the United Nations about the annihilation of Iran proves he is a Christian president? This speech alone to the world leaders proves he is unfit to serve on so many levels and should be removed immediately.

The Removal Coalition includes 41 partner groups to use the Constitutional remedy so Trump can no longer dismantle American democracy. It is the grassroots force behind Remove the Regime movement and the historic protest of Active Duty Air Force Major Jason Watson.

Raise Voices. Rattle Cages. Do Good.

Think about it. Although I have been critical of both political parties, the voting record shows that whatever support services the Democrats fight for and make happen, as soon as the Republicans control the House and the Senate, the Republicans take them all away.

Resource #10: Black Lives Matter

History documents that slavery is the original sin of White men. If you are sincere about regretting your vote for Trump, imagine how difficult your daily life would be as a slave to another.

If you want to know the truth, study the history of the people who have endured the greatest injustices and kept praying, forgiving, helping others, and fighting for centuries for liberty and justice for all.

Freedom for all is a battle we still have yet to win because of White Evangelical Christian Nationalists and Americans who believe White people are superior to all others.

The reason that Trump and the Republicans spend so much time trying to change voting district boundaries is that they know that Black women do most of the organizing and the most fighting for freedom in this country for all people.

92% of Black women voted for Kamala Harris. They voted for her to avoid all of the chaos, destruction, and fear that have become our daily lives. The reason they fight so hard is so that the cruelty, disrespect, and senseless killings will not happen to other families.

I also voted for Kamala Harris for those same reasons. It was a no-brainer for me to vote for our country’s first female Vice President instead of an insurrectionist, 34-count felon, and adjudicated sexual abuser.

That is their sacred mission, and they keep connecting and building community no matter how hard things get. They are the real leaders in the never-ending fight for liberty and justice for all. I am most grateful to them.
