Authentic leaders are my heroes, and this post features their messages of courage and faith for Americans.
I have learned that the people who have survived the greatest heartbreak and injustices are also the ones who teach the most valuable lessons. I have yet to hear Donald Trump say one uplifting thing, and I have zero trust in him.
Trump and his lawless administration, the Republican Party, the MAGA 6 Supreme Court Justices, and billionaires will never be more powerful than We The People.
These seven people and the billionaires that cozy up to them with their wealth and influence have failed to recognize that all Americans have a deep need and a right to live in freedom, not in fear and lack, and will fight for it to provide a good life for their families.
The people featured below inspire me, and I have the greatest admiration for them.
Jessica Denson Messages Of Courage And Faith
I have been following Jessica Denson since November 2024.
Jessica Denson was a Trump campaign aide in 2016. Jessica admits that she once unquestioningly believed in Donald Trump because of ignorance and brainwashing. While working on his campaign, however, she learned that he is a threat to everything America stands for.
Once Jessica experienced the truth of who Trump is behind closed doors, she accused the Trump campaign of sexual discrimination and overly restrictive nondisclosure agreements (NDAs). Her Christian values and belief in the rule of law would not let her remain silent about this injustice.
Years of her life were stressfully spent in court proceedings invalidating Trump’s illegal disclosure agreements, which he loves to use to keep the truth from coming forward.
In true Trump-threats-and-lawsuit fashion, he used this strategy: “Drag it out and make it as painful and expensive as possible for the opponent, and maybe they’ll go away.”
She almost had to file for bankruptcy, and at one point, her bank account was frozen.
Denson’s allegations were met with swift denials. Employees were bound to silence by demanding NDAs that imposed a lifetime ban on disparaging Trump, his extended family, or any of his companies. The purpose was to suppress employees’ free speech rights.
The Good News
In 2023, a federal judge voided Trump’s 2016 campaign’s nondisclosure agreement as overly restrictive.
Jessica Denson was awarded $450,000 to pay her defense team’s legal fees and a $25,000 incentive fee as the representative for the class action. The ruling also freed every member of the 2016 campaign from any nondisclosure agreement.
Jessica Denson said this about the class action lawsuit: “We just achieved a massive victory for free speech, in the face of a wannabe authoritarian who threatens democracy to this day. From what began as one woman’s fight, the excuses for silence have been lifted, and this illegal barrier between truth and the American people is forever removed. Democracy dies in fear and silence, but only if we let it. We refused, and we won.”
Legal experts say the class-action victory established a precedent that should deter future campaigns from trying to quash employees’ free speech rights.
Jessica Denson Is The Founder Of The Removal Coalition
The Removal Coalition is a nationwide grassroots network dedicated to the constitutional impeachment and removal of President Trump and his administration.
She never voted for Trump and has been fighting since 2016 “to raise the alarms about the seriousness of the threat he, his family, and all the corrupt allies and kleptocrats that align with him pose to our country, to humanity, to animals, to every living thing on this earth.”
Her Impeach, Convict, and Remove activism has been tireless in holding Donald Trump accountable for his “flagrant assault on the taxpayers, our families, our rights, our wellbeing, our lives, our dignity, and our freedoms.
Always remember that taxpayer money and your blood, sweat, tears, and hard work are being used by Trump to destroy what took 250 years to build.”
I often think of Jessica’s sacrifice for the greater good and her belief that a better America for all of us is possible.
She never fails to include these words at the end of her videos, “let your light shine.” 🌞
Representative Al Green Messages Of Courage And Faith
Rep Al Green is probably best known for waving his cane at Trump during the President’s National Address to Congress and being ejected from the chamber. And he has called on Congress to impeach, convict, and remove Donald Trump.
Representative Al Green is an 11-term Democrat from Houston, Texas. At this writing, he is the only House of Representatives member who has had the courage to file Articles of Impeachment, and force a vote on impeachment using Rule lX.
Forcing a vote requires all members of the House of Representatives to show, by their votes, whom they support and what they stand for. Filing Articles of Impeachment without forcing a vote is just performative.
He is also one of the first big targets of the midterm elections. Fairshake, a crypto-backed super PAC, spent $6.5 million to defeat Mr. Green in his recent Democratic primary race and succeeded. Al Green lost his seat in the House to Christian Menefee, a crypto-friendly, younger opponent.
In May, on the House floor, Representative Green ripped the crypto industry and called out those in the Democratic Party who sided with it, “Cryptocrats.”
In 2024, the crypto industry funded a $10 million attack against Katie Porter of California, an excellent Congresswoman who served in the House and was running for the Senate. She lost the primary contest to Adam Schiff, one of the most ineffective members of Congress, in my opinion.
Do you see the pattern? The most vocal representatives for people are targeted, so one hand washes the other, and they both wash the face; corporate-friendly candidates get elected instead.
Representative Green has been fighting for decades to uphold the Constitution and the promise of liberty and justice for all Americans. When has Donald Trump ever even worked a 9-5 job or lived paycheck to paycheck?
Air Force Major Jason Watson Messages Of Courage And Faith
Major Watson contacted Jessica Denson because he feels our country is in extremely dangerous times and because he swore an Oath to the Constitution, not to a president. He feels the Trump Regime is tearing it apart.
Major Watson is the first active military member to take this stand. He has served in the military for 17 years and is three years away from retirement. He also said he is not a Democrat.
He is the father of two young children and expressed that he feels guilty about what he is putting his family through because of his decision to stand up to impeach, convict, and remove Donald Trump.
His service included an expertise in Essential Logistics required for the United States to project combat air power from allied air bases overseas.
Major Watson personally delivered that support from air bases in Alaska and the American Southwest, as well as forward locations in the Pacific Rim and the Middle East.
He earned the Defense Meritorious Service Medal and many additional awards for his service to our nation. He told Jessica that he is proud of his career. There are no blemishes on his character, and he is not ashamed of anything.
Major Watson talked about the damage Fox News has done to divide friends and families, the threats and actions against Venezuela and Greenland, the deployment of the military in American cities, the illegal war in Iran, and how Congress has allowed Trump to get away with everything.
On July 1, 2026, Air Force Major Jason Watson Was Arrested By The United States Capitol Police On The Capitol Steps
During his speech, Major Watson accused Donald Trump and J.D. Vance of violating both the Constitution and their oaths of office. That is true and is not just an opinion by Major Watson. The recorded actions of both the President and the Vice President prove the Major’s accusation.
Unfortunately, we see this high level of lawlessness every day in America, and it is escalating out of control.
Representative Al Green said he was at the Capitol “to witness a Major in the United States military bend the arc of the moral universe toward justice.”
After his arrest, Jessica Denson stated that “he is being detailed in an Air Force base and is currently under a military gag order.”
We can only pray that it is true. How do we know what is actually happening to him? Trump will do anything to get revenge on anyone who speaks out against him.
Major Jason Watson’s courage shows he is a true patriot. He put everything on the line because Congress would not use the peaceful, constitutional remedy of impeachment to get us out of this nightmare.
Congress, all the innocent people who have died under Donald Trump’s Regime in the United States and around the world are also on you because you have been complicit and failed to honor your oaths. and do the hard work.
Your job is not just to call out the corruption. Your job is to enforce all the protections of the American people as written in the Constitution.
Pope Leo XIV Messages of Courage And Faith
For full disclosure, I am not a Catholic. I do admire all leaders who stand up for peace and the world’s most vulnerable citizens. Pope Leo from my hometown of Chicago is one of them.
He has criticized the wealthy for living in a “bubble of comfort and luxury” while poor people suffer. He cares deeply about social and economic justice.

On July 3, 2026, which was also the eve of America’s 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, Pope Leo said this:
Malala Yousafzai Messages Of Courage And Faith
At the age of 15, Malala was shot in the head by a Taliban gunman returning home from school. Because of the medical treatments she received in Pakistan and the United Kingdom, she survived.
That act of hatred launched her mission to be a global symbol of courage. She spoke out for girls’ right to a quality education and the freedom to choose their own future, and human rights for all.
At the age of 17, a Pakistani education activist for girls around the world, Malala Yousafzai, became the youngest person to ever receive the Nobel Peace Prize.
Former President Barack Obama Messages Of Courage And Faith
On June 18, 2026, Barack Obama, the president who had brought so much-needed hope to America and its possibilities, spoke at the opening of the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago.
His message, as always, focused on the importance of hope, community, connection, a democracy that serves the needs of all its citizens, and civic and moral responsibility.
His call to action was to engage with our communities, continue working for peace, justice, and equality for all, and use the Obama Presidential Center as a beacon of hope and a resource for future generations.
God knows America longs for compassionate and courageous leaders like President Barack Obama!
Rosa Parks Messages Of Courage And Faith
Rosa Parks was a 42-year-old seamstress who refused to give up her bus seat to a white person on December 1, 1955. Her arrest was a pivotal moment in the civil rights movement against racial segregation and injustice.
And here we are in 2026 with a racist president, White Nationalist Republican Party, and MAGA 6 Supreme Court Justices. I don’t care how many times they deny it. All of their documented actions prove they are racists and also prove they are not Christians.
Here is how Representative Jasmine Crockett, speaking out about the MAGA 6 Supreme Court Justices, summed it up: “This Court is racist. This Court is immoral. And this Court lacks any semblance of ethics because we have a president who is lining his pockets and the pockets of his friends and his family in violation of the Emoluments Clause and so man other laws.”
Martin Luther King Jr. Messages Of Courage And Faith
Martin Luther King, Jr., was an American Baptist Minister and civil rights leader who fought for racial equality through nonviolent resistance and civil disobedience.
He received the 1964 Nobel Peace Prize and influenced the passage of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the 1965 Voting Rights Act.
The MAGA 6 Supreme Court Justices gutted the 1965 Voting Rights Act in April 2026, eliminating the protections for the black community and other minority community voters. All part of their plan to MAWO (Make America Whites Only).
Whatever Trump wants, the MAGA 6 gives. Their rulings have nothing to do with the Constitution, legal precedent, rule of law, or Christian values. Through their actions, they have shown Americans and the world that they also have violated their oaths and their “Christian” values.
How else could their guy keep getting his way on practically every issue he took to the Supreme Court? They have to keep him out of jail, and they need more time to fully implement their dystopian Project 2025, where America has become a nation and society where there is great suffering and injustice. EXCEPT FOR THE BILLIONAIRES, OF COURSE!
Native American Messages Of Courage And Faith
Having lived most of my adult life in two border states in the Southwest USA, I immediately connected with the spirituality of the Pueblo people. I have spent many days and nights camping in the Zuni Mountains surrounded by the Navajo Nation.
The wolves were howling, the elk were calling for a mate, and the stars were everywhere I looked, watching over me and bringing me a peace no amount of money could ever buy.
I hold in high regard the Native way of respecting their ancestors and communities, living in a minimalist way, and putting their full faith into the Creator, Mother Earth, their land, and all life forms.
Many times, I have thought about how much forgiving they have had to do over the centuries, and the way white people and the United States government have treated them. I think this is how they did it. They chose wisely.
